Recently, Bianwangren Wire Mesh Technology (Anping) Co., Ltd. successfully completed the shipment of its AW1300 and AW2000 wire mesh weaving machines. From offline to loading and departure, the entire process ran smoothly and efficiently, marking another strong demonstration of the company's production capacity and delivery capability.

  1. Precision Loading — Two Machines Moved in Order

At the factory loading area, a red forklift steadily lifted the AW1300 machine, which was carefully wrapped in transparent stretch film, followed closely by the AW2000, transferring both units one by one from the workshop to the loading platform. Throughout the operation, our staff strictly followed lifting and transport procedures, keeping the machines stable and secure — ensuring both weaving machines were moved with care and remained completely free from any damage.

  2. Ready for Dispatch — Both Machines Fully Loaded

As night fell, the "Wire Mesh Equipment Shared R&D Center" was brightly lit. Both the AW1300 and AW2000 were neatly placed on the flatbed truck, fully protected with layers of stretch film and guard components, and firmly secured to the vehicle. Our staff completed the final inspection and verification, confirming that the machines were properly positioned and well protected, ready for departure at any moment.

  3. Departed with Lights On — On the Road to Delivery

As the dispatch signal was given, the truck's headlights lit up, and the vehicle loaded with the AW1300 and AW2000 slowly drove out of the facility, heading toward the customer's destination.
