Before shipment, our professional technical team conducts comprehensive trial operation and precise debugging on the AG1600B automatic wire mesh weaving machine. Every mechanical component and electronic system is fully inspected and tested. Standard weaving trials are performed to guarantee stable performance, accurate operation and qualified mesh quality before factory delivery.

  2.Forklift Transfer Inside Factory Workshop

After passing strict pre-shipment testing, the AG1600B weaving machine receives professional anti-collision packaging and overall protection. The qualified equipment is steadily transferred by forklift in accordance with standardized factory procedures, ensuring the machine remains intact and well-protected before loading.

  3.Preparation for Outdoor Loading

The fully tested and packaged AG1600B wire mesh loom is transported to the outdoor loading area. Our experienced workers coordinate on-site preparation work, arranging safe and standardized loading procedures to ensure smooth and secure shipment of the finished machinery.

  4.Careful Forklift Loading Operation

Professional operators carefully hoist the AG1600B weaving machine onto the cargo truck through stable forklift lifting. The entire loading process is carried out slowly and cautiously to avoid vibration, collision or surface damage, fully protecting the precision mechanical structure of the equipment.

  5.Final Fixation & Ready for Dispatch

The AG1600B automatic wire mesh weaving machine is successfully loaded and firmly fixed on the delivery truck. With complete factory inspection, trial running and standardized packaging finished, the equipment is ready for departure and will be safely delivered to the customer’s production base.
