After finishing final assembly, functional testing and strict quality acceptance of AG2300B wire mesh looms in our workshop, we launch standardized export packaging work. All exposed precision parts, electrical components, paint surfaces and easily worn fittings are tightly wrapped with thick stretch film to block dust, moisture and surface abrasion. Key structural positions are reinforced by heavy-duty packing straps and protective corner guards to avoid collision and extrusion during hoisting and transportation. For vulnerable spare parts and accessories, we adopt separate sealed packaging with shockproof fillers. Every packing step follows international export standards, fully guarding machine integrity and ensuring the equipment can keep perfect factory status when arriving at the destination.
2.AG2300B Wire Mesh Looms – Loading
The loading procedure is arranged and supervised by professional technical and logistics personnel. Forklift operators with rich export shipment experience carry out slow and stable hoisting of each AG2300B loom under on-site command. According to pre-designed loading layout, machines are placed on the flatbed trailer in reasonable order. Technicians adjust the support bases to keep the equipment balanced, add anti-slip pads at stress points, and check the center of gravity of the whole cargo. Real-time communication between forklift drivers and ground staff prevents tilting, shifting or impact during lifting and placement, making the whole loading process safe and orderly.
3.AG2300B Wire Mesh Looms – Loading Completed
All AG2300B wire mesh looms are fully positioned and fixed on the trailer after continuous coordinated operation. Our team carries out comprehensive final inspection item by item: check whether each machine is firmly bound, verify the stability of support points, confirm no loose parts, and double-check the packing condition of spare parts. We record the whole loading process with photos and videos for customer reference. Only after all inspection items pass the acceptance can we proceed to the next protective operation, eliminating hidden risks for long-distance land and sea combined transport.
4.AG2300B Wire Mesh Looms – Covered with Tarpaulin & Departure
Once the final loading inspection is confirmed qualified, we cover the whole cargo stack with high-strength waterproof tarpaulin. The tarpaulin is fully stretched and fastened tightly with multiple ropes around the trailer, without gaps or loose areas. It provides reliable protection against rainwater, dew, sand, sunlight and flying debris on the road, preventing the machine from corrosion and pollution. After all protective measures are ready, the cargo truck officially departs from our factory. The equipment will be delivered smoothly to the customer’s workshop, supporting the customer’s wire mesh production project. We will keep tracking the transportation progress and provide follow-up technical support for machine installation and commissioning after arrival.
