The BWR1600D is our heavy-duty, precision wire-mesh weaving platform engineered for stable, repeatable output on demanding applications such as filtration/screening media, industrial protection, and architectural meshes. Built on a rigid 1,600 mm chassis with configurable modules, it combines servo-driven motion, closed-loop tension control, and recipe-based changeovers to deliver tight dimensional consistency and fast setup across multiple weave types.
