Technical Description:

· Chain Link Machine for manufacturing Chain Link Fence of different size. The wire is taken in from the payoff stand and passed through the dies where the diamond size takes place. Different gap sized. After passing from the die the diamond pattern wire is automatically throw in the winding shaft and automatic weaving in chain link mesh as per your specific length. After weaving machine will cut that wire automatically and move for the next link.

· The mesh will go on to the next step----Twisted or Kunckle the edge according to your requirement. (We will give you both twisted and Kunckle mold, then you can install the right one)

· The last step is roller or compact roll according to your requirement. (You can choose roller parts or compact part as your requirement; we will give you only one part)

Note: The machine is controlled by PLC, so only one person is needed to operate it. (In fact, one person can operate two sets of machines at the same time.
