For example, the D-type machine can accurately weave plain weave fabrics ranging from 10 to 100 mesh/inch, and the B-type machine can handle plain weave fabrics from 30 to 500 mesh/inch. With a weaving speed of up to 120 revolutions per minute, production efficiency is improved by over 70%. Both mesh count and tension are digitally set, ensuring user-friendly operation and precise control. The continuous web removal function and digital length display system drastically reduce auxiliary operation time, further enhancing overall production efficiency.
