An industrial PLC with servo drives precisely coordinates warp let-off, beat-up, and take-up, while closed-loop tension control keeps aperture and density within tight tolerances. Mesh count and tension are digitally set and stored via the touch HMI, enabling fast, recipe-based changeovers and consistent quality across shifts. Typical capability (project-dependent): plain weave ~30–500 mesh/inch with fine wire handling down to ~Ø 0.01–0.20 mm; supports plain, twill, and Dutch weaves for broader process coverage.
