Turn on the power and start the control system; set mesh size, wire diameter and length on the touch screen; start the wire feeding and weaving program; monitor the running status in real time; collect finished products and stop the machine regularly for inspection.

Operators must receive professional training before working. Do not touch rotating parts during operation. Check wire tension and lubrication system regularly. Avoid overloading the machine. Cut off power immediately when abnormality occurs and keep the equipment clean daily.
