Anping Weaver Wire Mesh Equipment Manufacturing is rooted in Anping, Hebei, a globally recognized center of the wire mesh industry. Drawing on more than forty years of machinery manufacturing and automotive-grade quality management, we develop intelligent weaving equipment and tailored automation for worldwide customers. Our approach unites engineering-standard precision, customer-driven equipment customization and reliable, stable production systems with scope for continued upgrading.
At the center of this Gabion Box Machine are five coordinated servo drives. Their linked movement supports repeatable mesh and twist formation, giving producers a CNC platform focused on consistency throughout the weaving process rather than relying on numerous mechanical transmission stages.
A XINJE PLC works with an HMI to present the machine adjustment interface. Operators can set twist length digitally within the specified 40–70 mm range, linking production setup to a defined numerical value for the required mesh specification.
The SLW54C accommodates typical openings of 60 × 80, 80 × 100 and 100 × 120 mm. To prepare a new specification, the required support plates and related tooling must match the target opening alongside the corresponding settings.
Three-twist and five-twist options, together with long and short twist patterns, provide different forming choices. These options allow the Gabion Box Machine configuration to follow the required mesh design while retaining the same coordinated five-axis operating concept.
A standard maximum weaving width of 5.4 m and galvanized wire capacity up to 4 mm define the principal processing envelope. Other widths can be customized. Fewer mechanical transmission components also make the drive arrangement easier to maintain in routine factory use.
