The machine utilizes advanced opening mechanisms (such as electronic dobby, cam shedding, or external jacquard) combined with a high-rigidity beat-up mechanism to form the fabric.

6. Operation Methods

Operators interact with the machine through a large-screen touch interface, which provides a flexible and convenient operating experience. The system allows for stepless speed adjustment via an inverter and real-time monitoring of tension data. Operators can easily configure weaving parameters such as mesh density and pattern through the digital control panel.
