Our technical team carries out careful wrapping and packaging work on the AG1600D wire mesh weaving machine and warping machine in the workshop. The whole machine and electrical control cabinet are tightly wrapped with stretch film. Reinforcing straps are applied to fix the package, which provides reliable protection against dust, scratches and collision damage during ocean transportation. Every component is fully covered to guarantee the equipment arrives at the destination in good condition.
After packaging is finished, forklifts lift the AG1600D weaving machine, warping machine and supporting accessories one by one into the 40ft shipping container. Workers adjust the position of each machine set inside the container, and load the auxiliary stand and spare parts sequentially. Strict placement and space arrangement ensure stable stacking and avoid shifting during transit.
All equipment and accessories are safely loaded and secured inside the container. The container doors are closed and locked, marking the completion of the whole shipment procedure. The container will be transported to the port for subsequent customs clearance and sea freight, on its way to our overseas customer.
