The BWR 1300 metal wire mesh weaving machine is a high-performance, servo-controlled industrial equipment engineered for manufacturing precision metal wire meshes. It is widely used in filtration, construction, security fencing, and industrial screening applications.

Key Components:

The machine features a robust frame, automatic warp feeding system, servo-driven shedding mechanism, high-speed weft insertion unit, precision beating-up assembly, tension control system, PLC touchscreen control panel, and automatic take-up rollers. The servo system ensures precise control over mesh density and aperture size, while the tension control unit maintains consistent wire feeding to prevent breakage.

Workflow:

Raw metal wires are unwound and fed into the warp feeding system, which straightens and tensions the wires. The servo-driven shedding mechanism lifts the warp wires to form a shed, allowing the weft insertion system to pass the weft wire through at high speed. The beating-up mechanism then presses the weft into place, forming uniform mesh. The finished mesh is continuously wound onto the take-up rollers for collection.
