1. Key Components
- 5-Axis CNC Control System: The core intelligent unit that coordinates weaving, twisting, and feeding motions for high precision.
- Weaving & Twisting Assembly: Responsible for forming the double-twist hexagonal mesh structure.
- Wire Feeding & Straightening Mechanism: Automatically feeds and straightens galvanized/PVC-coated steel wires.
- Take-Up Roller: Collects the finished gabion mesh into uniform rolls.
- Main Drive & Safety System: Includes overload protection, emergency stop, and automatic oil lubrication.
2. Working Process
- Galvanized or PVC-coated steel wires are fed into the machine and straightened automatically.
- The CNC system controls the weaving assembly to interlace wires and form double-twist hexagonal mesh.
- The formed mesh is pulled by the take-up roller and continuously collected into rolls.
- Operators can adjust mesh size, wire diameter, and production speed via the control panel.
