1. Key Components

Wire Feeding & Straightening Mechanism: Automatically feeds and straightens galvanized/PVC-coated steel wires.
Take-Up Roller: Collects the finished gabion mesh into uniform rolls.
Main Drive & Safety System: Includes overload protection, emergency stop, and automatic oil lubrication.

2. Working Process

Galvanized or PVC-coated steel wires are fed into the machine and straightened automatically.
The CNC system controls the weaving assembly to interlace wires and form double-twist hexagonal mesh.
The formed mesh is pulled by the take-up roller and continuously collected into rolls.
Operators can adjust mesh size, wire diameter, and production speed via the control panel.
