Warping Machine

A warping machine consists of a warping frame and a main unit, used to wind metal wires onto a warp beam for weaving. This equipment employs two-stage transmission and tension control, featuring adjustable and constant speed control. Two rollers synchronously press against the warp beam surface, making it smoother and tighter, thus achieving more uniform wire tension and preventing wire breakage and loosening during weaving. It uses advanced servo motor control; the machine automatically stops when a wire breakage occurs.
