The 1600 wire mesh loom machine has a standard weaving width of 1600mm, with a stable and solid frame structure. It adopts PLC intelligent control system and servo motor drive, equipped with a human-machine touch screen for easy operation. It supports automatic warp feeding, weft insertion and mesh rolling, and has an automatic stop and alarm function for wire breakage. It can adapt to different metal wire diameters and mesh specifications, with high structural rigidity and low noise during operation.
This loom features high production efficiency and fast weaving speed, greatly improving output compared with traditional looms. It ensures high weaving precision, uniform mesh size and smooth mesh surface, reducing defective products effectively. The full-automatic operation reduces labor intensity and labor costs. It runs stably, is durable and has a long service life, suitable for long-term continuous production. It has strong compatibility and can process various metal wires to meet different industrial needs.
It is mainly used to weave various metal wire meshes, including stainless steel wire mesh, galvanized iron wire mesh, copper mesh and aluminum mesh. These meshes are widely used in filtration and separation, construction protection, petroleum and chemical industry, food processing, mine screening, mechanical protection, aquaculture and other fields.
The machine integrates photoelectric detection, precise tension control and digital frequency conversion technology. It uses high-precision transmission parts and wear-resistant weaving components. The electrical system has fault self-diagnosis function, and the tension control system ensures stable wire conveying. It adopts shuttleless weft insertion technology to improve weaving efficiency and quality.
Under the control of the PLC system, the warp wires are arranged in order through the warp beam and tension device. The servo motor drives the heald frame to move up and down to form a shed. The weft insertion device sends the weft wire into the shed evenly, and the beating-up mechanism presses the weft wire tightly. Then the mesh rolling device winds the formed wire mesh continuously, completing the whole weaving process automatically.
First, select qualified metal wires and install them on the warp beam. Set weaving parameters such as mesh size and speed on the touch screen. Start the machine to conduct automatic warp arrangement and tension adjustment. Then the machine runs automatically for weft insertion, beating-up and mesh rolling. After weaving, inspect the mesh quality, cut and package the finished products.
Turn on the main power and start the control system. Check the circuit, air pressure and transmission parts to ensure normal operation. Set corresponding parameters according to production requirements. Install metal wires correctly and start the test run. After confirming normal operation, start formal production. Monitor the running state in real time, and deal with wire breakage or faults in time. Stop the machine orderly after production.
Operators must receive professional training before operation. Do not put hands or foreign objects into the working area during operation to avoid accidents. Regularly lubricate transmission parts and check the wear of key components. Keep the electrical control cabinet dry and clean to prevent short circuit. Stop the machine immediately for inspection when abnormal noise or vibration occurs. Do not modify the circuit and parameters without permission. Carry out daily maintenance and shutdown protection according to regulations.
