Anping Weaver Wire Mesh Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD serves global metal mesh producers from Anping, Hebei. Our work focuses on intelligent equipment and customized automation. With the AG1600B Wire Mesh Weaving Machine, customers can discuss 1600 mm cloth orders across three specified weaving structures.
Plain, twill and Dutch structures are listed for the B-type machine, supported by four frames and a servo-controlled rapier arrangement. Automatic feeding, the selected tension mechanism and cloth rolling operate within a PLC-based system. Machine construction includes hard-chromed rollers and a heavy-duty steel frame.
Different customers may require different fabric organizations even when their nominal width is similar. The available weave choices let the manufacturer evaluate these orders on a common machine platform. Approval of the precise wire arrangement and sample remains essential before committing to repeat production.
The machine can produce filtering cloth and industrial woven metal mesh. Its potential markets include fine metal filtration, chemical processing and other sectors named in the product profile. The intended use should be matched to the actual woven structure and material rather than inferred from the machine's name.
AG1600B has a 1600 mm effective width. Plain and twill counts are listed at 40-635 mesh/inch, while Dutch counts span 325-2300 mesh/inch. The overall wire range is 0.017-0.14 mm. Maximum speed is 120 RPM, subject to the confirmed fabric and operating conditions.
Heald movement establishes which warp wires pass above or below each weft insertion. Repeating the prescribed sequence creates the chosen organization. The rapier carries the transverse wire through the opening; coordinated feeding and collection allow the pattern to extend continuously into a woven cloth roll.
Start with the customer's material, wire diameters, weave description and finished dimensions. Prepare the threading and weaving setup, then produce a sample for comparison with the agreed specification. Release the order after approval, keeping inspection focused on the requested structure, dimensions and visible fabric consistency.
Have the approved weaving specification available during setup. Thread and configure the equipment as instructed, then enter the required parameters on the touchscreen. Review the trial cloth before normal running. Monitor product appearance together with alarm information, making changes only through approved machine procedures.
Dutch weave should be specified with enough detail to identify its warp and weft arrangement; a single count is not a complete performance guarantee. Do not assume all listed ranges can be combined. Obtain technical confirmation for demanding orders and isolate the equipment before any hands-on adjustment.
