Based in Anping, Hebei, the world-renowned wire mesh capital, Anping Weaver Wire Mesh Equipment Manufacturing combines over four decades of machinery manufacturing experience with automotive-grade quality management. We focus on intelligent wire mesh weaving equipment and customized automation, delivering stable, reliable systems that can be upgraded. Engineering discipline, customer-led customization and dependable production for the global wire mesh industry define our positioning.
The SLW54C Gabion Box Machine is designed for manufacturers handling different gabion mesh specifications. Its changeover approach combines digital adjustment with tooling selected for the required opening, helping factories organize multiple mesh sizes around one five-axis CNC weaving platform.
Typical mesh openings are 60 × 80, 80 × 100 and 100 × 120 mm. Supporting plates and other matching components are selected for the target mesh. Changing an opening therefore involves the appropriate tooling as well as machine settings.
Five servo drives operate together to support consistent mesh formation and wire twisting. This coordinated motion is a central feature of the Gabion Box Machine, providing the control needed to maintain the relationship between the opening and the formed twist.
The XINJE PLC and HMI provide a digital interface for production adjustment. Twist length can be set between 40 and 70 mm through the HMI, while available forming options include three twists, five twists, and long or short twist patterns.
Standard maximum netting width is 5.4 m, with other working widths customizable. The maximum galvanized wire diameter is 4 mm. A simplified drive arrangement reduces mechanical linkages and wear points; actual production output depends on wire, process and site conditions.
The supplied photographs show equipment display, factory installation, mesh weaving and wire-feeding arrangements, providing practical views of the machinery in different settings.
