The SLW54C Gabion Box Machine places twist-length adjustment on the HMI. A setting range of 40–70 mm gives operators a clear numerical reference when preparing the weaving process, helping translate the required twist specification into the machine setup.
XINJE PLC control and the touchscreen interface form the control platform. Five servo drives provide coordinated machine movement, connecting the digital adjustment process with the motions that form the mesh openings and twisted wire sections during weaving.
The available twist selections cover three twists, five twists, and long or short patterns. Producers can choose the appropriate option for their mesh requirements while using the same Gabion Box Machine platform and its digitally adjustable twist-length function.
Common opening sizes include 60 × 80, 80 × 100 and 100 × 120 mm. Mesh changeover uses components matched to the selected opening. Digital settings assist adjustment, but the required plates and other tooling remain part of the changeover process.
The standard maximum netting width is 5.4 m, and other working widths are customizable. Galvanized wire up to 4 mm is specified. Simplifying large-gear, cam and other mechanical transmission stages reduces wear points and improves maintenance convenience.
