During the 1980s, the first generation of purpose-built metal wire mesh looms emerged, marking the beginning of specialized equipment designed specifically for industrial metal mesh production.
In the 1990s, wire mesh weaving technology entered the semi-automatic and partially CNC-controlled era. Although these machines significantly improved production efficiency compared with earlier models, they still relied on conventional control systems and lacked the precision, stability, and automation required by modern manufacturing.
In 2015, building upon the core technologies of Japanese wire mesh looms, we achieved a major technological breakthrough. By integrating our self-developed intelligent control system, we successfully developed a new generation of fully CNC, high-precision metal wire mesh looms.
Today, our machines combine advanced Bus Control technology with Mechatronic Integration, delivering synchronized multi-axis motion control, higher weaving accuracy, greater operational stability, and intelligent digital management. These innovations enable manufacturers to produce high-quality metal wire mesh with improved efficiency, reduced maintenance, and enhanced production reliability.
