1. Features

5. Working Principle

Raw steel wires are fed into the machine, where servo-driven spindles twist them into interlocked hexagonal mesh. The formed mesh is pulled through guide rollers and wound onto the take-up roller, forming continuous mesh rolls.

6. Production Process

Wire pay-off → automatic feeding → servo-controlled twisting → mesh forming → take-up and winding → finished mesh roll output.

7. Operation Method
  1. Set parameters (mesh size, speed, twist count) via the touchscreen.
  2. Thread steel wires through feeding and guide rollers.
