Anping Weaver Wire Mesh Equipment Manufacturing Co., LTD supplies intelligent mesh equipment from Anping, a major wire mesh manufacturing center in Hebei. We combine extensive machinery experience with customer-driven customization. The AG2300B Wire Mesh Weaving Machine offers 2300 mm effective width with the established B-series performance and control functions.
Plain, twill and Dutch structures are available on the AG2300B Wire Mesh Weaving Machine. Four heald frames work with servo-controlled rapier motion, automatic warp delivery and cloth collection. A bilingual touchscreen provides operating parameters, while the tension arrangement is selected from the specified load-cell or mechanical configurations.
Customers requiring different fabric organizations can discuss their orders on one Wire Mesh Weaving Machine platform. Coordinated feeding and rolling help preserve the accepted weaving conditions during production. The 2300 mm width format accommodates corresponding wide-cloth requirements, with product-specific settings established through configuration confirmation and trial weaving.
The AG2300B Wire Mesh Weaving Machine can be used for stainless steel filtering cloth and industrial metal mesh. Other specified metals include copper, aluminum, nickel, titanium and tungsten. Finished fabrics may address chemical, battery, hydrogen-energy or aerospace requirements when their material and woven structure meet the customer's application specification.
The Wire Mesh Weaving Machine provides 2300 mm effective width and a listed wire range of 0.017-0.14 mm. Plain and twill counts are 40-635 mesh/inch; Dutch counts are 325-2300 mesh/inch. Maximum rated speed is 120 RPM, with 7 kW installed power. The ranges do not imply that every combination is suitable.
Heald movement determines how warp wires pass above or below successive weft insertions. Repeating that arrangement forms the chosen weave. The Wire Mesh Weaving Machine introduces the weft through the warp opening and coordinates cloth take-up with feeding, extending the selected interlacing pattern into a continuous woven fabric.
Begin with the customer's weave description, wire details and finished-width requirement. Prepare the warp and threading for the Wire Mesh Weaving Machine, then check a trial sample against the agreed order. Continue production after approval and inspect the resulting roll for dimensions, pattern and visible weaving consistency.
Use approved setup information and the supplied manual when changing the Wire Mesh Weaving Machine from one fabric to another. Establish the correct threading and HMI settings before trial running. Inspect the sample pattern and collection condition, then monitor output and status messages throughout the production run.
Specify Dutch weave with enough warp and weft detail to identify the intended fabric; mesh count alone does not establish filtration performance. Confirm demanding combinations with the Wire Mesh Weaving Machine technical team. Stop safely before correcting threading, and isolate the equipment before maintenance or mechanical intervention.
