Descrizione di prodotto
1. Characteristics
The 130D is a standard-type Computer Numerical Control (CNC) metal wire mesh weaving machine designed for medium-thickness wire mesh. It is characterized by a wide weaving range, high precision, low noise levels, and diverse weaving patterns. The machine features an aluminum alloy heald frame (with options for 2-20 pieces) and utilizes a high-performance servo motor for CNC single-way or two-way weft insertion with a full carbon fiber rapier.
2. Advantages
  • High Precision & Automation: It utilizes an AC servo motor for CNC let-off and take-up. The warp tension data is displayed in real-time and automatically adjusted, ensuring consistent mesh quality.
  • Versatility: Capable of weaving various metal and non-metal wires, including stainless steel, iron, copper, brass, phosphor bronze, aluminum, platinum, polyester, and plastic.
  • Efficient Speed Control: The machine features a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, allowing the actual speed to be optimized based on the weaving width and specific mesh requirements.
3. Applications
The 130D machine is widely used in the production of high-precision wire meshes. It is suitable for normal fabric weaving and can produce various mesh types, including plain weave, twilled weave, Dutch weave, 3-heddle, 5-heddle, RDW, and stain mesh, according to specific requests.
4. Technology & Principles
The machine operates on the principle of shuttleless rapier weaving. It uses a high-performance servo motor to drive a full carbon fiber rapier for precise, unidirectional linear weft insertion. The core CNC let-off mechanism maintains a basic tension of 20,000 N/M, automatically compensating for tension variations to ensure a perfectly flat and uniform mesh structure.
5. Production Process
The production workflow is highly automated and continuous. The process involves:
  • Warp Preparation: Setting up the warp wires with precise tension controlled by the CNC let-off system.
  • Weaving: The electronic shedding mechanism (such as a cam or optional rotary electronic dobby) opens the shed, and the carbon fiber rapier inserts the weft wire.
  • Beat-up & Take-up: A single beat-up form compacts the weave, and the CNC take-up system (equipped with a 3-roller mechanism) smoothly rolls the finished mesh.
6. Operation Methods
  • Parameter Setup: Operators input the desired mesh density (e.g., plain weave square hole 20-260 mesh/inch, or twilled weave up to 400 mesh/inch) and wire diameter (0.06-0.45mm) into the control system.
  • Speed Adjustment: Adjust the spindle frequency converter to set the appropriate weaving speed (typically around 80 RPM, depending on specs).
  • Monitoring: Utilize the real-time tension display to monitor the weaving process. The system automatically adjusts tension, but operators must ensure smooth wire feeding.
7. Precautions
  • Speed Optimization: Always remember that the actual weaving speed depends heavily on the weaving width and the specific mesh specifications being produced. Do not force maximum speed if it compromises mesh quality.
  • Tension Management: Although the machine automatically adjusts warp tension, operators must ensure the initial threading is correct and the basic tension (20,000 N/M) is properly established to prevent wire breakage.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect the full carbon fiber rapier and the 3-roller take-up system to prevent mechanical wear and ensure the "easy maintenance" advantage of the machine is sustained.
  • Material Compatibility: Verify that the wire diameter (0.06-0.45mm) and material type fall strictly within the machine's technical parameters before starting production to avoid damaging the heald frames or rapier
