5. Working Principle

First install warp wire beam and arrange warp wires neatly.

The machine drives heald frames to move up and down to form weaving shed.

Weft wire is automatically sent horizontally through the shed.

The reed beats weft wire tightly to form standard mesh structure.

The finished wire mesh is rolled up synchronously by rolling mechanism.

Repeat the cycle continuously to finish large-width wire mesh weaving.

6. Production Process
  1. Select qualified raw metal wires according to requirements.
  2. Complete warping and arrange warp wires uniformly.
  3. Install warp beam and thread all wires through machine parts.
  4. Install weft wire coils and adjust tension properly.
  5. Set mesh number, speed and width parameters.
  6. Carry out trial weaving and check mesh quality.
  7. Adjust parameters until products reach standard.
  8. Start formal mass production.
  9. Inspect finished products and cut into fixed sizes.
  10. Roll, pack and store finished wire mesh.
7. Operation Methods
Before running

Check all mechanical parts and electrical circuits.

Add lubricating oil to moving parts.

Fix wire coils firmly and adjust tension reasonably.

Set production parameters correctly.

During running

Turn on power and start the machine slowly.

Check weaving condition and mesh surface regularly.

Replace exhausted warp and weft wires in time.

Pay attention to machine running sound and fault prompts.

After running

Stop the machine and cut off power supply.

Clean wire scraps and dust inside the machine.

Maintain key parts and record production data.

8. Notes
  1. Operators must wear protective gloves and safety goggles.
  2. Do not put hands close to moving parts while machine is working.
  3. It is forbidden to open safety protective covers during operation.
  4. Do not use unqualified or ultra-specification wires.
  5. Do not run the machine in over-speed and over-load state for long time.
  6. Lubricate key bearings and gears every day.
  7. Clean wire guide holes and tension wheels regularly.
  8. Check circuit and motor condition monthly.
  9. New workers must receive professional training before independent operation.
  10. Stop the machine immediately once abnormal noise or failure occurs.
