Working Principle

Power drives the main shaft to rotate. Linked crank‑rods control three core cyclic motions synchronously: warp wire positioning, shuttle‑carrying weft wire traversing horizontally, and beating‑up to compact each row.

Warp wires stand vertically with fixed spacing. The shuttle passes between upper and lower warp lines to lay horizontal weft wire. The reed pushes each weft tightly to form regular square‑shaped mesh. Continuous cyclic movement achieves automatic continuous wire‑mesh weaving. Tension rollers keep metal wire straight to prevent wrinkling during high‑speed motion.

Production Process
  1. Pre‑processing: Raw metal wire is straightened and wound onto warp spools and weft coils; rust removal and surface polishing if needed
  2. Threading: Install warp spools, route each warp wire through tension wheels and reed gaps one‑by‑one. Load weft wire into shuttle containers
  3. Parameter Setting: Set mesh pitch, weft density and operating speed according to finished‑product requirements
  4. Trial Weaving: Run the machine at low speed, inspect mesh size and flatness, calibrate tension if deviations appear
  5. Mass Production: Switch to normal‑speed operation, wind finished mesh onto the collecting roller
  6. Post‑treatment: Cut rolled mesh into required lengths for packing
Operation Method
  1. Pre‑start Inspection: Check lubricating oil level, bolt tightness and whether wires are jammed inside moving parts
  2. Wire Installation: Mount warp and weft materials correctly, adjust tension to keep wires moderately taut
  3. Parameter Configuration: Turn adjustment wheels to set mesh size and production speed
  4. Startup: Activate low‑speed mode first, observe shuttle movement and mesh condition, then increase speed gradually
  5. Running Monitoring: Patrol wire supply status, replace empty weft spools without shutting down entirely
  6. Shutdown: Stop the main motor, cut finished mesh and clear residual materials after daily production ends
Safety Precautions
  • Wear cut‑resistant gloves during operation; do not touch moving shuttle, gears and reeds while machine is running
  • Add designated lubricant to transmission positions every shift to reduce part abrasion
  • Keep wire raw materials dry to avoid rust causing shuttle blockage
  • Cut off power supply before any repair, adjustment or internal cleaning work
  • Do not exceed the rated wire‑diameter limit to prevent damage to internal structures
  • Clean dust and metal debris regularly to prevent accumulated scraps from affecting mesh quality
  • Operators require professional training; untrained personnel are prohibited from independent machine operation
