Product Description
Features
Advanced Bus Control System: The AG130B employs a total bus control architecture, integrating all machine modules into a centralized digital control network. This allows precise coordination of weaving, rolling, and let-off mechanisms.
Mechatronic Integration: Combines mechanical, electrical, and electronic control for optimal performance. Servo motors and sensors ensure high-speed, precise, and stable operation.
Versatile Weaving: Supports multiple mesh types, including square mesh, Dutch mesh, and twill weave.
Wide Specification Range: Wire diameter range of 0.12–0.15 mm and mesh density up to 623 meshes.
Modular Design: Key components such as beaters, warp beams, rapier insertion, and winding mechanisms are modular, facilitating maintenance and configuration adjustments.
Advantages
High Automation: Centralized bus control reduces manual intervention and allows real-time monitoring.
Energy Efficiency: Optimized motor control minimizes power consumption while maintaining high-speed production.
Easy Maintenance: Modular components, accessible HMI interface, and clear mechanical design simplify troubleshooting and upkeep.
Principle & Usage
Working Principle: The machine operates by interlacing warp and weft wires. Warp wires are tensioned on the warp beam, while the rapier mechanism inserts the weft wire. Beaters push the weft into place, forming a uniform mesh. Winding mechanisms collect the finished mesh.
Typical Uses: Manufacturing wire mesh for construction, industrial filtration, fencing, and decorative applications.
Production Process
Warp Preparation: Load and align warp wires on the warp beam.
Weft Insertion: Rapier arms insert weft wires according to the programmed pattern.
